Investigation of US Airways tweet image is on-going, regarding the awkward picture of a girl with toy airplane in her most private body part. The US Airways tweet take place on Tuesday sent on its Twitter account in response to a customer complaint.
The US Airways tweet image goes viral immediately right after it was send to the social media. The image was accidentally tweet in response to the complaint of delay flight from one of the US Airways customer, according to reports of several international news sites.
The viral image tweeted by the US Airways shows an undressed lying woman with a toy airplane inserted in her private part of the body. The tweet was left up on their feed for an hour before it was deleted.
The airline company immediately released an official statement and asked for an apology regarding the incident and promised to have an investigation.
As stated by Davien Anderson, American Airlines Group Inc. spokesman:
“We apologize for the inappropriate image we recently shared in a Twitter response”
“We deeply regret the mistake and we are currently reviewing our processes to prevent such errors in the future”
The US Airways twitter account @USAirways also tweet an apology.
We apologize for an inappropriate image recently shared as a link in one of our responses. We’ve removed the tweet and are investigating.
