The Space Shuttle Enterprise flying over the City of Big Apple and landed at JFK International Airport at around 11:30am on Friday, April 27, 2012, according to reports of several international news sites.
Reports said that the Space Shuttle Enterprise flew to New York from Dulles International Airport near Washington ridding piggy-back on a Boeing 747 as it past the Statue of Liberty and up the Hudson River for the pleasant scene of people of New York.
Because of the low altitude of the paired aircraft, thousands of observer and tourist around the New York and New Jersey cheers and take picture. And from Manhattan, Enterprise escorted by a T-38 Talon jet, before landed at JFK International Airport.
Space Shuttle Enterprise is a prototype space shuttle that rocketed into space, Enterprise is finally bound for the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum located at Pier 86, where all retired aircraft carrier docked.
