Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will take place at 9am on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24, 2016 at New York City.

Millions of spectators are expected to witness the 90th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC and if you’re planning on catching the giant balloons, floats and performances get your best viewing spot along the route.

Perfect Viewing Spot
Central Park West – Early risers camp out starting at 6am on the west side of Central Park West from 59th to 75th Streets.
Columbus Circle – The Parade turns at Columbus Circle onto Central Park South. (Great Viewing Spot)
Central Park South & 6th Avenue – The Parade veers south onto 6th Avenue – great view from 59th to 38th Streets.

Restricted Viewing
Avoid watching on 6th Avenue between 34th and 38th Streets & on 34th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. The national television broadcast limits viewing here.

No Public Viewing or Limited Public Viewing
77th Streets & Central Park West – Kick-Off
Macy’s Herald Square – The parade makes its final turn & stops in front of Macy’s Herald Square.
