Forbes annual ranking of World’s Billionaire, Perenna Kei has a net worth of $1.3 billion at the age of 24. For her become one of 42 new female billionaires on the Forbes list and one of 45 billionaires from Hong Kong.
Perenna Kei is described as “secretive,” which is probably a very sensible thing for a young person in her position, TIME.com.
According to Forbes, Kei Perenna Hoi Ting is connected in Logan Property Holdings in China, non-executive director.
One of China’s newest wealthy by virtue of an 85% stake in Logan held by a family trust and 3 companies with which she is associated. Kei’s father, Ji Haipeng, is chairman and CEO of Logan, which listed in Hong Kong in December. Kei, who studied economics and finance at the University of London, is said to follow his instructions. The residential property developer had 2012 revenue of about $1 billion.
